    A creative solution is in the eyes of the beholder. One mans solution is anothers overt act. It is not only easier to say no, but it is a lot safer. This is not like advising on the best way to draft a contact. Finding away around the fcpa may be away to find yourself at the dock.

    I’m with Volkov. Compliance Officers need to be creative solutions vendors for the business. The trick is to design a solution that let’s the business accomplish their goal and yet stays within the bounds of the law. That’s the fun part!
