  1. Since the inception until Enron scandal Corporations in all major sectors had enjoyed greater freedom in corrupting foreign branches, subsidiaries, agents, distributors as much as they can. Those mantras were to get their business "whatever it takes", "I don't want to know the details", "It's your job is on the line" etc. Chambers of Commerce are very eager thru their lobbyists to influence Capitol Hill politically as late as middle of this year while Walmart de Mexico scandal was brewing. It is not one Bob Dylan, may be thousands of him alike should start singing again and again. No guarantees the Captol Hil will listen.
