Welcome to my new website.   I have moved from White Collar Defense and Compliance.

It goes without saying that businesses face significant risks. The Obama Administration has targeted businesses using aggressive tactics, strict enforcement policies and unprecedented criminal prosecutions.

My hope is to provide readers with information about current issues relating to anti-corruption enforcement and compliance, criminal prosecutions and defense, and compliance strategies and programs.
