In these videos, I consider why people slow down at school crossings. Is it to avoid a ticket, or to protect nearby children? Using this question, I explain why building a culture of ethics and compliance goes beyond “checking a box” and why it must be created with the right intentions. If a culture is thoughtfully designed, employees will embrace corporate values and encourage them to achieve long-term success – not short-term profits.
