Jessica Sanderson

Jessica joined the firm in January 2019.  She is a veteran and seasoned attorney who has handled complex investigations, litigation matters, and provided extensive legal and compliance services to ensure that our clients implement effective ethics and compliance programs.

Matt Stankiewicz

Matt has been an attorney at the firm since 2013, while completing his service as part of the Ethics and Compliance Monitorship team for BP stemming from the Deepwater Horizon matter.  Matt has distinguished himself for his supervision and handling of complex risk management projects relating to anti-corruption and OFAC sanctions risks.  Matt has extensive experience in providing ethics and compliance training, and analyzing complex compliance issues surrounding anti-corruption, sanctions and money laundering issues. 

Matt served as co-counsel in the representation of Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman in the House Impeachment hearings.

Matt is a technical guru and regularly advises clients on difficult compliance and technology issues in the anti-corruption, sanctions and money laundering areas.

Noah Smith

Noah joined our firm in September 2018 after completing a clerkship with a federal judge in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  Noah has quickly assumed responsibility for important matters, representing clients in criminal investigations, enforcement and investigation matters, and leading projects to design and implement effective ethics and compliance solutions relating to OFAC sanctions compliance and anti-corruption issues.
