Court of Appeals Cuts Back Extraterritorial FCPA Jurisdiction Over Foreign Nationals
The Justice Department’s attempt to assert broad jurisdiction over foreign nationals was rebuked in a recent US Court of Appeals decision in United States v. Hoskins. (Here).
